STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
0) Purchases are based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Whoever that is able to make payment first/faster will be given priority.
1) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely NO CHANGES will be entertained for any reason.
2) ALL Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE. DO NOT ASK FOR DISCOUNTS as the prices are the lowest I am willing to sell them for already.
3) Only SERIOUS BUYERS please! If you are not sure about purchasing, please be VERY SURE before inquiring/confirming your purchase.
4) EMAILS WITH A COMPLETE ORDER FORM WOULD BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
5) Please FILL UP THE ORDER FORM when you have decided to place your order(s).
6) Emails that reads "pls reserve for me" or "i want the dress/top" without an ORDER FORM is not consider an order email.
7) Reservations are no longer allowed. Standard awaiting payment period is 24hrs. After that, items would automatically go to the next buyer without forewarning. If you need extra time, do give us a heads up about it, we wont bite. Just as long as there is no back out situation. Consider the items you wish to purchase CAREFULLY, Once order is "CONFIRMED" and "RESERVED" by us, item(s) are in PENDING PAYMENT PERIOD and considered as good as sold.
8) Once the order form is filled and confirming your purchase, it is assumed that YOU HAD ALREADY READ AND FULLY AGREED ON THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
9) First come first serve basis. For 1 piece items, the person who makes payment first will have the privilege to purchase the item. Payment WILL ALWAYS override any verbal agreement to purchase.
10) Upon confirmation, we will reserve the item for 2days pending payment. You must then make payment in 2days. If payment has not been made within this time frame, the item will be available again to the next interested buyer.
11) Please note that colors may differ based on different monitor settings. If you are not sure, please ask.
12) Postage is done via POSLAJU or POS EXPRESS every MONDAY & FRIDAY ONLY. Buyers are to bear all mailing and shipping costs. Postage will be determined by the weight of your item.
Will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping.
(13) Inquiries are not considered as placing reservations or in waiting list.
(14) Shoppers that back out last minute and disappear on us after an order will be black listed.
